Halil Ülkü
A graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Chemical Engineering, Mr. Ülkü brings decades of international business experience — from roles at the Chicago Board of Trade and industrial equipment trade in the United States, to a pivotal role in the establishment of the Istanbul Stock Exchange. He currently serves as Vice President of the Association of Petroleum Products Distributors in North Cyprus.
Emmanuel Oke
Combining expertise in law, international business, and financial management, Mr. Oke co-founded Petrogemini International in 2009 and has navigated the complexities of oil and gas trading consultancy for over a decade. As CFO of TEM Global, he ensures a cohesive and disciplined approach to financial management across all transactions.
Samuel Ibiabuo
With a background in law and international relations, Mr. Ibiabuo oversees the formation of strategic alliances and TEM Global's professional network. His experience navigating cultural and regulatory nuances across diverse markets underpins the counterparty relationships at the core of TEM's brokerage model.
Ahmet Ülkü
A graduate of Middle East Technical University, the University of South Wales, and Girne American University, Mr. Ülkü leads TEM Global's strategic positioning in new markets. With over a decade in the family petroleum distribution business, he drives the company's expansion into new commodity classes and trade lanes.
